The local residents in Nhon Chau commune had a chance to enjoy a very interesting art performance. It is a program dedicated to sea and islands.

Artists perform at the program

The program with the theme “For our beloved sea and islands” aimed to raise the people’s awareness of politics and love for our country. It also met local residents’ need for enjoying arts, according to Nguyen Thanh Thu, director of Binh Dinh Labor Culture House.

Its staff and 30 artists had come to Nhon Chau in the morning to prepare for the performance. The artists were very eager to perform in such a program as this was the first time they’ve come here to serve the locals.

After the seasickness had disappeared, the participants quickly prepared to rehearse for the performance. Although there were some technical problems, all were ready for the event taking place in the evening.

Many local people had been excited to gather at the common before the performance began and the artists’ shows did meet their expectations. Various songs and dances really woke up the audience, making them feel more cheerful.

Despite a heavy rain, the artists still continued their performance. After a 30-minute interruption, the audience again enjoyed other interesting shows, such as shows by illusionist Hoang Son, Flamenco dances, and songs. All wanted the program to continue after it had ended.

The performance showed the love for our sea and islands through songs and dances.
