Detailed plan of Banh It Champa Tower vestige construction approved

Binh Dinh People’s Committee has just approved detailed plan of Banh It Champa Tower vestige construction at Phuoc Hiep commune, Tuy Phuoc district.

The vestige will be bounded by rice fields and residential areas in the North; inter-commune roads in the South; Nguyen Thieu Monastery in the East; hills and residential areas in the West. Total construction area of vestige will be about 7.6 hectares. The vestige will comprise 13 works, including 4 conservational works, 1 archeological and conservational work, 4 restoration works and 4 new-constructive works.

The plan aims to enhance the vestige’s sustainability and historical values. It is also considered a typical example of the vestige planning management, construction, conservation and restoration.

Binh Dinh Department of Culture-Sport & Tourism is the project’s investor. Sub-institute of Construction Technology and Science in Central Vietnam draws out the plan.
