5 artists, researchers nominated for Ho Chi Minh Award, artist titles

Five artists and researchers coming from Binh Dinh were nominated for the Ho Chi Minh Award and titles of People’s Artist, Meritorious Artist.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tuesday (April 3) announced the list of nominees for the award and titles in fields of cinema, theatre, dancing, music, and broadcasting.

Binh Dinh nominees include artists Minh Ngoc, Xuan Hoi, Phuong Thao, Hoai Hue and researcher Vu Ngoc Lien. They are nominated for the title of People’s Artist and the award in the field of art and literature.

Binh Dinh had only one artists receiving the title of People’s Artist five years ago.
