1. Project name: Production of Ruthenium and Pigment from Titanium

2. Project objective:

Joint-venture or wholly invest to set up a factory to produce ruthenium and pigment from ilmenite with a capacity of 5,000 - 10,000 tons per year.

3. Project location:

Phu Cat Small-scale Industrial Zone.

4. Market:

Export and domestic consumption.

5. Form of investment:

100% foreign owned capital or joint-venture

6. Background:

The reserve of titanium sand ore in Binh Dinh is relatively large, approximately 2.5 million tons, scattering along the coast mainly in Phu Cat, Quy Nhon, Phu My and Hoai Nhon. The volume of 51% titanium oxide is obtained after refinery.

7. Energy and Utilities:

The location is near the raw material area and close to the major hub of transportation, easily accessible to power and water supply, also to labour availability.
