Out of 172 students who honourably received “2007 January Stars Prize” by Vietnam Central Student Association, two BinhDinhProvince students Le Ngoc Han and Ngo Thi Anh Thu made great impression. Both have participated enthusiastically in activities of Vietnamese Communist Youth Union and Student Association. They raised as prominent leaders from the activities.

Le Ngoc Han with simple dream

Simple and clever way of communication. That is our first impression about the well-known student of Class A, 27th term of Literary Faculty, QuyNhonUniversity. During the last 3 school years, Han always got 8,0 average marks. This is not an easy target for all of university students to afford, let alone a literary student cum a leader of the Youth Union. ( Students specilizing in social science subjects like literature rarely get 9 or 10 marks in comparision with natural science subjects). As a member of Inter-faculty Youth Union Executive Board, Han is usually busy with the activities and programmes the organization but she has never neglect her study. Her know-how of the success in both of the duty and study is very simple: full diligence, grasp of lectures on the spot, taking full advantage of free time to read or fulfil all of assigned tasks.

Ngo Thi Anh Thu with untired endeavor

No one can’t admire Ngo Thi Anh Thu, an excellent example of the Youth Union leader,  a student of KC1 class, Mathematical Faculty of Binh Dinh Province Education Training College. Wholehearted involvement into activities of the Youth Union, into communication with many people and inexhautible eagerness of learning more experience are keys of her success. Besides getting  admirable study achivements during 5 consecutive terms (always over 9.0 marks), she is a famous singer of the college and wins a lot of prizes in music performance contests.

It is Thu who suggests a lot of useful extra-curriculum initiatives such as “Disguisement Gala”, a film presentation to raise a relief fund for victims of Xangsane typhoon, a teaching skill competition. “Thu is an  enthusiastic and responsible leader of the Youth Union. She also keeps high records in her study” praises Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Vice-secretary of the college’s Youth Union about his junior.
