Viet Nam ’s tourism sector will strongly develop in the coming years, with average annual growth rate of 7.5 percent during the 2007-2016 period, the “Le Jeune Independant” Daily quoted the World Travel and Tourism Council as saying.

The paper said that many international tourism companies have increased investment projects in hotel complexes on Viet Nam ’s seashores.

Meanwhile, Rick Mayor-Smith, one of the founders of the Indochina Capital investment fund said that people have realised that Viet Nam has a huge tourism potential and the country’s WTO accession has signalled that Viet Nam is ready to receive foreign investment in this field.
