Nguyen Tan Dung re-elected Prime Minister

Nguyen Tan Dung was re-elected as Prime Minister of Vietnam for the National Assembly’s 13 th tenure in Hanoi on July 26, with 470 out of 500 votes.

The 13 th NA also re-elected Nguyen Thi Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, as Vice State President of the 13 th tenure with 476 out of 500 votes.

The Chief Judge of the People’s Supreme Court, the 12 th tenure, Truong Hoa Binh, Secretary of the Party Central Committee was re-elected for another term with 481 out of 500 votes.

With 469 out of 500 votes, Nguyen Hoa Binh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Quang Ngai provincial Party Committee was entrusted to hold the position of Director of the People’s Supreme Procuracy.

The same day, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung read a proposal on the numbers of Vice Presidents and members of the Ethnic Affairs Council, Deputy Heads and members of each NA Committees, and members of the NA session’s Secretariat./.
