Doctor Phan Thanh Dung, Vice-Chairman of Binh Dinh Province Population, Family and Children Committee cum Director of Binh Dinh Province Child Protection Fund said the Fund handed files of 9 cases of inborn heart disease over to HueCentralHospital so that the hospital works out December operation schedule. Operation fees are mainly sponsored by East-Met-West NGO (25 millions-30 millions VND/case). According to the agreement between this organization and patients’ families, Binh Dinh Child Protection Fund will cover 30% of total 61-million-VND worth fee.
