Perspective of Trung Luong Rainbow Resort Architectural project.

The 7th December saw groundbreaking of 18,2-hectareTrung Luong (or Rainbow) Resort at Trung Luong Village, Cat Tien Commune, Phu Cat District. The first tourism project in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone was invested by My Tai Co., Ltd. According to its design, a minimum 4-star luxurious resort and services will be built. Main components of the project are 106 Vietnamese-Japan-European-style living rooms, 46 VIP-rooms in villa complex, 60 rooms in Blook area, main house, swimming-pool, etc. Total investment of project is roughly 80 billion VND.

As planning, the project is divided into two stages. In the first stage (2007-2008), land clearance, fence erection, entrance building, traffic network establishment, tree planting, technical infrastructure building,etc will be carried out. In the second stage (2009-2010), main works such as villa complex, Blook area will be constructed.
