According to Binh Dinh Province Investment Promotion Centre, Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has just agreed to a policy of building Quy Nhon luxurious shopping-tourism service centre at plot 14 of Quy Nhon City Planned Trade and Service Centre. The 23,250-m2 luxurious centre will be built by Binh Tay Contrustrion-Trade-Tourism Co., Ltd (based in Ho Chi Minh City).
The investment project includes 3 sub-components: a luxurious shopping centre for sale of tourism products, local specialities and exhibition of handicrafts and fine arts, home electric appliances, cultural products, necessities and high-tech products; a recreation and entertainment complex of cinema, beauty salons, athletic gyms, conference halls, wedding service rooms, art performance hall, discoteque, bowling playground and game rooms; a round the clock Quy Nhon eating and drinking area.
Total investment of the project is worth VND 90 billion (USD 562,500). The centre will expectedly be put into operation a year after its start of construction. Binh Tay Contrustrion-Trade-Tourism Co., Ltd . is cooperating with authorized bodies and agencies of BinhDinhProvince to make out a master plan and prepare other required procedures for approval of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee.
