Duyen Hai Private Co. and Tri Tin Co., Ltd. (based in Phu Tai Industrial Zone) have just submited their applicationsto People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province, People’s Committee of Quy Nhon City, Department of Planning-Investment and Department of Commerce for investment registration in rebuilding Quy Nhon-Cho Lon Trade Centre.
According to construction plan, the Quy Nhon-Cho Lon Trade Centre will have 5 storeys including a basement. The centre is scientifically designed with modern equipment and facilities such as camera network, escalators, elevators,etc. The new design is good-looking, sanitary and safe from fire (thanks to its system of fire alarms and extinguishers).
Total investment of the re-construction is worth VND 70 billion (USD 4.375) in form of long-term land lease (50 years). Construction will have lasted for 12 months since date of investment approval and signature of the land rental contract by People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province. The two enterprises will offer preferential rent of business premises and tax exemption in the first three months to Quy Nhon-Cho Lon shopkeepers.
