Binh Dinh Province People's Committee has promulgated the Document No 3089/UBND-CN on the construction of the pulp processing factory in Cat Khanh industrial zone (Phu Cat District).
Provincial People's Committee authorized Binh Dinh-Sai Gon Paper Joint Stock Company to build the pulp processing factory on an area of nearly 100 hectares in Cat Khanh industrial zone.
Binh Dinh-Sai Gon Paper Joint Stock Company will be responsible for studying and submitting the plan for functional bodies' approval. The installed waste treatment system must be modern so that the disposal of waste can fulfil the environment standards.
