The Military Hospital 13 under Military Region Five on October 13 held the ceremony, marking the 35th anniversary of its establishment (October 13, 1972 – October 13, 2007).
Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People's Committee, Nguyen Van Thien, and leader of provincial relevant bodies and Military Region Five attended the ceremony.
After 35 years, Military Hospital 13 saved lives of thousands of wounded and sick soldiers, treated many patients in serious condition, and carrying out over 100 scientific studies.
It was awarded the title of Hero of the people's armed forces in the Doi Moi (renewal) period in 2004.
