Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People's Committee, Le Huu Loc, on October 30 chaired the meeting on approving the detailed plan of Vinh Hoi resort with the scale of 1/2000 invested by ITC Spectrum company.
Under the plan, the Vinh Hoi resort project will be conducted on an area of 300 hectares in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, including an 18-hole-golf course, a hotel, an entertainment site, and an eco-area. Also, the master plan involves water supply and waste treatment.
The Vinh Hoi resort project was suitable to the provincial scheme, contributing to the tourism development in Binh Dinh, said Vice Chairman Loc. He also asked the company to pay attention to the job creation when conducting the project.
The project plans to be kicked off in early December 2007 and is to conducted in two phases with the capital of US$250 million.
