The HIV/AIDS prevention and control campaign month will be kicked off from November 20 to December 20 in Binh Dinh, improving awareness and impacting on changing behaviours of all strata of people over HIV/AIDS infection and prevention and mobilising involvement of the whole society, particularly women and female children in fighting against HIV/AIDS.
Many activities respond to the campaign month, including the meeting on the occasion of the World AIDS Control and Prevention Day December 1, and the mobilization of public support for HIV infected people.
The 2007 global month of HIV/AIDS control and prevention campaign will be launched under the theme "Focus on leadership. Keep the promise. Stop AIDS".
