Binh Dinh considering 25-storey skyscraper

Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has approved the project on a 25-storey skyscraper in Quy Nhon city, called Blue house Kim Thanh.

Vo Dang Import-Export-Investment-Trade Co., Ltd plans to build the 25-storey building in Quy Nhon, which will comprise offices, apartments, a shopping center, and restaurant.

The building is expected to be built at Nguyen Van Cu ward of Quy Nhon city. It would cover an area of 1185,6 sq.m. 22 storeys will be used for apartments and 3 will be for services.

The construction will be kicked off in late November with the total investment capital of over VND150 billion (US$9.37 million).
