Binh Dinh Province People's Committee has approved the program for the opening ceremony of Tay Son – Binh Dinh Festival 2008 by People's Artist Vu Hoai.
The program entitled "Nghia khi Tay Son – Hoi tu va phat trien" (Tay Son's disposition to do the good – convergence and development) includes three parts: Binh Dinh – beloved land (part one), Tay Son's disposition to do the good nationwide (part two), and Reform – convergence and development (part three).
The opening ceremony is expected to take place at Quy Nhon City Square. Binh Dinh's artists and those who come from other provinces and cities will perform at the ceremony.
