Binh Dinh Province People's Committee and Vietnam Writers' Association held a conference on Xuan Dieu's poems on December 14. Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh Province People's Committee, Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh, chaired the conference with the participation of poets, writers, and critics nationwide.
At the conference, 19 reports carefully showed different aspects of poet Xuan Dieu and his works. This provided new findings about Xuan Dieu's contributions and his achievements for the Tho Moi (New Poetry) movement.
The conference was an opportunities to review and honor poet Xuan Dieu on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Xuan Dieu's birthday. Provincial People's Committee would do more to honor Xuan Dieu in the coming time, said Vice Chairwoman Binh.
