Binh Dinh Province People's Committee has promulgated the Decision No 829/QĐ-UBND on approving the area planning along the Nhon Hoi-Tam Quan road (ĐT639).
The aim is to construct an area along the Nhon Hoi-Tam Quan road for the socio-economic development in the east of Binh Dinh. It also aims to explore the potential and advantages of the area.
The adjusted scope is a part of the administrative border of 15 communes of Phu My, Phu Cat, and An Nhon Districts. The planning is based on areas having advantages of the road No ĐT639. The corridor, depending upon each area, has the width of 300-2,000 meters.
The project is expected to create a land fund for the urban development and rural residential area with the area of 2,555 hectares.
