A Centre for Adolescent to be constructed

Perspective of Adolescent Centre.

On 24th March, Communist Youth Union of Binh Dinh Province held a groundbreaking ceremony to start construction of the provincial Centre for Adolescent at Quarter 5, Quang Trung District, Quy Nhon City.

This building work covers an area of more than 30,000m2, having a multi-purpose hall, clubs, guesthouses, playgrounds and internal road system, etc. Out of its VND-23-billion (USD1,437,500) investment, the Youth Union made of VND 14 billion (USD 875,000) and local government covered the rest.

The Centre is expected to operate in early 2009.
