Binh Dinh: VND873 mil for 90 highly-qualified people

Binh Dinh province Science and Technology Department on May 23 held a ceremony to offer the grant for highly-qualified people in 2007. This is a Binh Dinh’s policy to incentivize highly-qualified people to work in the province. Binh Dinh province People’s Committee’s vice-chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, representatives of the provincial leaders gave the grant of VND873 million (more than US$54,000) 90 highly-qualified people who have been currently working in Binh Dinh, including one People’s artist, five meritorious artist, 35 masters of art, 6 2nd-level specialists, and 43 newly-graduated students with excellent and good qualifications.

Also at the ceremony they expressed their aspiration to work in their trained fields so that they could best promote their ability, contributing to the social-economic development in Binh Dinh.
