Quy Nhon Cable Television Center (QCaTV) has received approval from the Government Office to continue cooperating with Nhuan Bang Co., Ltd (Hong Kong) in providing the cable television service.

Accordingly, the cooperation of two sides will be conducted under two principles: QCaTV will have responsibility for contents of programmes broadcasted on the cable network and the Nhuan Bang Co., Ltd will be in charge of technical items. The cooperation project will be conducted within 12 years with the capital of 50 % for each side. Under the project, the cable television network will be upgraded multi-functionally, combining television with information technology (internet, telephone and television).

Since 2002, QCaTV and Nhuan Bang Co., Ltd have cooperated in the purchase of equipments with the deferred payments and technology transfer.
