Binh Dinh: 550 wheelchairs for Red Cross

The U.S based-non profit organisation “Giving It Back to Kids” continued sponsoring Binh Dinh for 550 wheelchairs with the expenditure of VND440 million (nearly US$275,000), according to Mr. Dao Duy Chap, chairman of Binh Dinh Red Cross.

The provincial Red Cross have planned to allocate these wheelchairs to handicapped people in Binh Dinh in August.
