Binh Dinh Province Viet-Laos Friendship Association is going to set up

Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee recently issued the decision to establish a propaganda commission functioned to set up Viet Nam-Laos Friendship Association.

The committee consists of 11 members, is led by Mr. Tran Ngoan, former Vice-Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee.

The committee will campaign provincial officials who have worked, studied or fought in Laos to join commission and prepare for its formationcelebrations.
