Allocating VND 1.646 billion supports poor families to build houses

Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee made a decision to allocate VND 1.646 billion (USD 102,875) for 10 local governments to support poor families to build houses.

According to the decision, Vinh Thanh District was supported of VND 285 million (USD 17,812); An Lao District was VND 210 million (USD 13,125); Hoai Nhon was VND 161 million (USD 10,062); Tay Son District was VND 50 million (USD 3,125); Van Canh District was VND 198 million (USD 12,375); and every district of Phu Cat, Phu My, Hoai An was VND 200 million (USD 12,500).

According to provincial plan, from 2007 to 2008, Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee will support 4,755 poor households to build house (VND 5 million per household).
