Binh Dinh province People’s Committee has promulgated incentive policies for the development of science, technologies and highly-qualified human resources.
Accordingly, the research incentivized to develop includes the applications of advances in science and technologies in the social-economic development in Binh Dinh, the waste treatment, the discovery of new natural resources, the preservation and development of national culture, solutions for improving science and technologies, and the support for enterprises to successfully apply international standards.
Incentive policies for highly-qualified people who work at social-political organisations and State-owned bodies, agencies, and enterprises are regulated as follows: VND40 million for those who are professors and scientific doctors, VND30 million for associate professors and doctors, VND20 million for artisans, and medical and pharmaceutical second-level-specialities, and VND15 million for those who have the master of art degree. Also, students graduating with the excellent degree will be initially sponsored for VND10 million and arranged for suitable jobs.
