Binh Dinh province People’s Committee on September 6 held a ceremony on granting the investment license to Binh Dinh-New Zealand Gold Co., Ltd (BNG) at the head office of Binh Dinh province People’s Committee.
Vice-Chairman of Binh Dinh province People’s Committee, Mr. Le Huu Loc, head of HCM City-based consulate general of New Zealand, Mr. Peter Healey, General director of Zedex Minerals Ltd, Mr. Puul Seton, executive director of KS Mining Ltd Company, Mr. Rodney Hugh Mufitt, and functional bodies attended the ceremony.
Binh Dinh New Zealand Gold Co., Ltd is a joint-venture between Biotan Mineral Joint Stock Company (Bidiphar) and KS Mining Limited (New Zealand), a subsidiary of Zedex Minerals Ltd, holding 25% and 75% of charter capital, respectively. The total charter capital is of US$10 mln.
BNG Company specializes in exploring and processing gold and minerals at the 22,2 hectare-Tien Thuan mine in Tay Son district. According New Zealand’s experts, Tien Thuan is a large gold reserve.
