Binh Dinh province People’s Committee on September 13 steered provincial Tourism Department to propose the plan for tourism activitites, responding to the World Tourism Day 2007.
Under the plan, relevant bodies, People’s Committee of districts and cities, and tourism agencies will hold tourism activities with the theme “Tourism creates many opportunities for women”.
Accordingly, conferences, tourism fairs displaying handicrafts and fine arts produced by women, and cooking contests will be held.
Activities responding to World Tourism Day aim at propagandizing the message of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation’s Secretary-General and the significance of World Tourism Day 2007.
