Preparation for sustainable rural livelihood project

Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien on Oct. 27 held a meeting with the delegation carrying the sustainable rural livelihood project in Binh Dinh.

They talked about the preparation for the project sponsored by the New Zealand Government through New Zealand’s International Aid & Development Agency (NZAID).

It aims to improve the livelihood of poor households by strengthening the competitiveness of the agriculture and rural development sector.

The project will be implemented with four components, including safe vegetable, coconut-making products, breeding, and project management.

Provincial Chairman Thien expressed his thanks New Zealand Government and NZAID for their support, saying that the project will help increase the poor’s income and meet the people’s demand for safe vegetable.
