Seminar on climate change in Quy Nhon city

A seminar on building the capacity for dealing with the climate change in Quy Nhon city was held on November 10.

Institute for Strategy and Policy on Science & Technology, Institute of Meteorology, Hydrography and Environment, and Rockefeller Fund’s consultants cooperated to hold the seminar.

The seminar aims to help researchers and consultants know more about effects of the climate change, sharing experiences on dealing with the climate change in Quy Nhon city.

Their activities target at the project of building the capacity for dealing with the climate change in Vietnam’s cities.

Participants went to survey in some communes in Quy Nhon city on the same day. Together with Da Nang and Can Tho, Quy Nhon city was selected to join the project.
