Challenge to Change helps adapt to climate change impact

Leaders of Binh Dinh Environment and Natural Resources Department on November 26 held a meeting with the delegation of Challenge to Change on adapting to the impact of the climate change in Quy Nhon.

Vice Director of provincial Environment and Natural Resources Department Dinh Van Tien briefed on climate change-related issues in Quy Nhon, such as: temperature, typhoons, floods, and vulnerability caused by the climate change.

Two sides talked about the project on enhancing the capacity for adapting to the climate change in Quy Nhon city. The establishment of steering board and project management board and capital were also mentioned.

Challenge to Change is a British NGO supporting poor communities in Asia to build more resilient livelihoods and to adapt to the impact of climate change.
