Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Pham Van Thanh received Mr Khammuon Vongpachan, Deputy Secretary of Attapeu Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of Attapeu provincial Supervisory Committee, when he paid a Tet visit to Binh Dinh on January 31.
Standing Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People's Committee Nguyen Van Thien and Ho Van Phuc, member of Standing Committee cum Chairman of Supervisory Committee under Provincial Party Committee, attended the reception.
Mr Khammuon Vongpachan extended New Year wishes to provincial leaders and people in Binh Dinh on the occasion of upcoming traditional New Year festival. Attapeu also decided to aid disadvantaged people in flood-stricken areas with VND49.9 million.
Mr Pham Van Thanh expressed thanks to Attapeu province and extended wishes to Attapeu's leaders and people. He also expressed his hope for the better friendship and cooperation between two sides.
