Champassak delegation pays visit to Binh Dinh

The delegation of Laos’ Champassak province headed by Mr. Vilayla Khamphon, member of provincial Standing Committee of the Party cum political Commander of Champassak Province, paid a visit to Binh Dinh on March 22.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien and representatives of Binh Dinh military headquarters received the delegation.

At the reception, Vice Chairman Thien welcomed the delegation and expressed the hope to enhance the relationship between two provinces for a better cooperation.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Commander of provincial military headquarters briefed on some geographical features and experiences to carry out the national defence tasks.

Vilayla Khamphon also introduced Champassak’s socio-economic development. He expressed many thanks for the support of Binh Dinh.

He hoped that the delegation would learn more experiences through this visit to build a stronger armed forces.

On the next two day, Champassak delegation also visited Binh Dinh Department of Public Security, Quy Nhon City People’s Committee, and Binh Dinh Town People’s Committee.
