AIFO aids VND2.34 bln for disabled people

Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh held a meeting with Mr. Pierdomenico Lorenzo, Italian Association Amici di Raoul Follereau (AIFO)’s national coordinator, who is in charge of the community-based rehabilitation (CBR) project.

AIFO is an NGO operating in many countries. In Vietnam, AIFO-sponsored CBR project worth VND2.34 billion has been conducted for three years in eight provinces, including Binh Dinh.

It aims to take care of the people’s health, particularly the disabled, to help them integrate into the community.

At the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Binh hailed AIFO’s cooperation and promised to create the most favorable conditions for the project.
