BIMICO issues shares to raise charter capital

Ensuring the increase of charter capital according to Law on Securities and meeting the demand of capital for upcoming projects. These were discussed at the annual shareholders’ meeting held by Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (BIMICO) on April 2.

Accordingly, BIMICO decided to increase the charter capital from VND59.013 billion to VND82.618 billion by issuing shares to shareholders (those who own five old shares will be rewarded with two new ones)

Participants also approved the second phase-investment of Binh Dinh titanium slag factory project with the capital of VND42 billion, direction and tasks in 2008.

2007 saw its total turnover of VND112.7 billion, a surge of 113,67 percent and the profit of over VND43.2 billion, a rise of 129.89 percent over 2006.
