On the occasion of Vietnam Disabled Persons Day (April 18), Vice Chairwoman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh and leaders of relevant bodies visited Binh Dinh Sponsoring Association for the Handicapped and Orphans, Binh Dinh Vocational Training School and Dong Tam Social Sponsoring Center on April 17.
The provincial Sponsoring Association for the Handicapped and Orphans has helped many disabled people and orphans in Binh Dinh. The provincial vocational training school and Dong Tam Social Sponsoring Center received and trained a lot of handicapped children and orphans.
Also, on this occasion, a meeting and an art performance program were held to raise fund for handicapped children and orphans.
