Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien received the A delegation of the US Embassy led by Deputy Ambassador Jonathan M. Aloisi on April 23.

Vice Chairman Thien hailed the visit and briefed on Binh Dinh’s socio-economic situation as well as its potential in economy and tourism.

The visit aimed to know more about the socio-economic development and education in Binh Dinh to further the US’ commitments to Vietnam, said Jonathan Aloisi.

He highly appreciated Binh Dinh’s competitiveness in recent years (ranked third and fourth over 64 provinces in two successive years) and expressed his hope that many US enterprises would invest in Binh Dinh in the future.

Also, the US Government will be able to help Binh Dinh train the human resource if required, he added.
