Permanent Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien received the delegation of Political Science Department under Aarhus University (Denmark) led by Mr. Mads Mikkelsen on April 25.
The delegation came to Binh Dinh with the aim at doing the study on the administrative management and procedures of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman Thien briefed on tasks and responsibilities of provincial leaders, regulations for bodies and agencies, and Binh Dinh’s economic structure.
Mr. Mads Mikkelsen expressed thanks for Binh Dinh leaders’ reception and affirmed that Binh Dinh’s high provincial competitiveness index (PCI) proved the provincial leaders’ dynamism.
