Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has approved the upgrade of Nhon Hoi-Tam Quan road with the capital of nearly VND3,000 billion.
The upgrade is expected to further the development of sea economy, tourism, and various services.
Under the plan, a total length of 103 kilometers will be adjusted, including the stretches of road through Cat Tien T-junction, Vinh Hoi resort, De Gi lagoon, Lo Dieu mountain pass, and Bau Ho (Hoai Huong Commune).
