Scholarships granted to poor students

289 poor students in communes of My Phong, My An, My Thang, and My Chanh Tay received SPELL scholarships (the scholarship program to enhance literacy and learning) and presents.

Binh Dinh Study Promotion Association (SPA), East Meets West Foundation (EMW), and Phu My District SPA held the ceremony on August 8.

Each scholarship includes books, a schoolbag, a hat, uniforms, and medical insurance. Also, bicycles were presented to 52 students whose houses are far from their schools.

Provincial SPA and EMW also granted SPELL scholarships and bicycles to poor students in Van Canh and An Lao.
