The East Meets West Foundation (EMWF) granted SPELL scholarships (the scholarship program to enhance literacy and learning) to 609 poor students in three Districts of Phu My, Van Canh, and An Lao.
Each scholarship includes books, a schoolbag, a hat, uniforms, and medical insurance. They will receive the scholarships until they graduate senior high schools.
Also, teachers who are required to give extra help to weak students will be financially aided.
