The Image Without Frontier (Image Sans Frontière) decided to bestow the RISF title on photographers worldwide.
Among four Vietnamese photographers honored, Dao Tien Dat won the RISF 2 title.
The titles were bestowed on Vietnamese photographers for the first time.
Dat had also won other titles: AFIAP (International Federation of Photographic Art), AVAPA (Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists), and PSA* (Photographic Society of America).
