Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee cum Binh Dinh’s National Assembly (NA) member Ho Quoc Dung on Monday (Oct. 5) met with people’s representatives from My Chanh commune, Phu My district to discuss grievances in preparation for the upcoming house session.
The representatives addressed many issues, focusing on policies for beneficiaries and elderly people, the price increase of electricity and school fee, and the progress of infrastructure construction.
Also, they said there are still problems involving road damage caused by heavy load trucks and the implementation of Law on Health Insurance.
Dung acknowledged representatives’ suggestions, answering some questions on the increase of school fee and measures dealing with heavy load trucks causing road damage.
On Oct. 1, NA member Nguyen Thanh Thuy met with representatives in communes of Vinh Kim and Vinh Son.
The representatives asked for the quick implementation of the Government’s Resolution No 30a and encouraged several measures to support farmers, such as providing them with long-term low-interest rate loans for agricultural development and increasing allowances for officials in far and remote areas.
The NA’s upcoming session will take place in Ha Noi on Oct. 20.
