Binh Dinh now has 23 traditional craft villages meeting standards. They have been assisted in building infrastructure and upgrading facilities for further development.
In 2009, Binh Dinh People’s Committee aided them with VND5 billion to build roads, let alone VND600 million for vocational training and performance of new technology models.
Many craft villages, specializing in Bau Da wine, Go Gang conical hat, Song Than rice vermicelli, or coconut matting, have, therefore, stably developed, creating jobs for local people.
