The Management Board of Vietnam Land Administration Project (VLAP) and representatives of World Bank (WB) on Oct. 22 held a meeting with the province’s VLAP management board.

According to the reports, the project implementation in Binh Dinh hasn’t partly met the requirements owing to the WB’s regulations on bidding for technology services are still new to Binh Dinh, let alone the management board’s inexperience in bidding.

However, the management board has still strived to fulfill its tasks, selecting suitable contractors.

The delegation acknowledged the efforts of the province’s management board and asked them to focus on the plans to ensure the progress of the project.
