HCM City Education-Training Department supports Binh Dinh

The delegation of Ho Chi Minh Department of Education and Training on Oct. 26 presented VND870 million assistance to Binh Dinh’s education and training sector.

Under the financial assistance, VND500 million will be used to build houses for teachers of Phu Cat No.1 high school and VND300 million will be aided teachers and students in the typhoon Ketsana-hit areas.

Also, HCM City-based Le Quy Don junior high school raised a fund worth VND20 million, aiming to help teachers and students who suffered the consequences of typhoon Ketsana in Binh Dinh.

Director of Binh Dinh Department of Education and Training expressed many thanks to teachers and students in HCM City, promising the province’s education and training sector will use the financial assistance to help teachers and students overcome difficulties.
