Aid flood victims in stabilizing their life

The relief delegation led by Chairwoman of Vietnam Women’s Union Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa on November 12 visited and offered relief aid for flood victims in the central province of Binh Dinh.

Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Nguyen Van Thien held a meeting with the delegation.

Hoa extended her sympathy to those who had to suffer damage caused by the flood, asking its affiliates to coordinate with provincial bodies and local authorities to help victims overcome the flood aftermath.

On the occasion, she also presented 25 France’s MARNASIA Organisation-funded scholarships to disadvantaged students in the flood-hit areas, including districts of An Nhon, Tuy Phuoc, Van Canh, and Quy Nhon city.

Also, Hoa visited flood-hit families in two wards of Nhon Binh and Nhon Phu.
