Cat Tien to be one of satellite urban areas in Quy Nhon

Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee has ratified the planning of Cat Tien urban.

Accordingly, Cat Tien will be built with the aim of becoming one of satellite urban areas in Quy Nhon city.

Cat Tien town will be formed by 2020, meeting specific standards. It will has the total natural area of 1,734 hectares with the population of 30,000.

By 2025 the total area of Cat Tien is expected to be extended to 20,000 hectares, including Cat Tien town, parts of communes of Cat Hung, Cat Chanh, Cat Thang, Cat Hai, Cat Nhon, and a part of Phuoc Hoa commune.
