Sai Gon Invest Corp. to build block in Quy Nhon

Sai Gon Phu Gia Investment Corporation (Sai Gon Invest Corp.) will invest in building a two-part block in Quy Nhon city.

The construction is expected to kick off in the first quarter of 2010 with the capital of over 1 trillion VND.

The work will include two buildings, functioning as a trade centre and office building. In the first phase, the 25-storey building will be built in three year and the second phase will see the construction of 17-story one.

Sai Gon Services Joint Stock Company was permitted to build Quy Nhon Plaza Complex on the city’s Ngo May Street. It will function as office building and apartment block, and offer other services.
