The 16th session of the 10th tenure provincial People’s Council has opened today (Dec.8) in Quy Nhon city of Binh Dinh province.
18 reports have been presented during the first day. Many important issues which will be discussed in the session include the 2009’s socio-economic situation and the 2010’s tasks, the amendment to land prices in Binh Dinh until 2010, and the proposal for recognizing Quy Nhon as the first-grade city directly under the province.
Also, other reports on fields relating to the functional boards of the provincial People’s Council have been mentioned.
Participants will continue attend the meeting on December 9 before having group discussions in the afternoon.
The session is scheduled to close by December 11.
